SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME......
wanted to see anyone can help me out with this minor problem i have. im using sweetlight version 5.13 on a windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit operating system compaq laptop. i am able to import my shows from another computer however when i plug in the usb dmx cable i keep getting the no available interface message. i have tried few diff things but cant get it to work..any idea? thanks in advance. i used it before and it worked perfectly fine...just cleaned out everything and formatted the hard drive but now i cannot get it to work again...please help asap...
