I checked the ZIP files before posting and confirm they are correct.
Why do you say the profiles do not match the manuals? What is not right?

Your channels in the zipfile are 1-red 2-green 3-blue and you repeat this twice, yet in the manual it is 1-dimmer 2-red 3-green 4-blue 5-macro and so on

I checked both the ZIP file and the actual TXT file and they both start with the dimmer as channel 1 and are followed by red, green and blue.
The manual is also: dimmer, red, green, blue.
Did you accidentally overwrite the new profile with the old profile?

I just checked again and the ZIP files from the pixpar12.html page are correct.
Let's try this a different way... the revised profile is attached to this message.
Let me know when you get it and if it will work for you.

Thanks, this is the correct one, but I have now downloaded from the website 6 times and still get the zipfile dated 16/11/2011

Your video confirms everything that I have done.
I have now downloaded this profile from 3 different machines and the zipfile still contains the 9Ch version dated 16/11/2011 and not the 2012 file as shown in your video.
Can someone else on this forum try the download and see what they get ?
