[MacOS] How to load a video file in a track ? [fixed]

Hello, I am brand new to this program and to all lighting in general. In the Timeline feature xpress there is a bar for video/audio. I have no idea how to upload video or audio files to this bar using the mac version. Any advise would be wonderful! Thank you very much,
