Hey,
I’ve had this in my mind for a while since I’ve bought few of the D512 interfaces, few years ago - and they couldn’t run on any newer SweetLight softwares.
I know I had to downgrade to like 2013-2014 SweetLight on all my laptops to get it working, but I’m missing on so many new features
Am I doing something wrong?
D512 not compatible with newer versions of SweetLight [fixed]
Re: D512 not compatible with newer versions of SweetLight?!
Hello,
Both software versions (V9 and V_II) are supposed to support the DMX interface D512.
Please check the date of the USB driver is 2024_12_03 ; if not please update the USB driver.

I think I’ve been doing just that before and it still didn’t work for me. But, will see now again.
Is there any limitations to using Win 7 or Win 10 laptops?

Re: D512 not compatible with newer versions of SweetLight?
Much appreciated!
Got the newest version to run on one of my Win 10 laptop
However, isn’t there a way to bypass and manually force-install the drivers on Win 7 or that’s not possible?
P.s. Will we see future updates for V9? As I’m confused with SweetLight v2 UI/UX design and not feeling it really

Re: D512 not compatible with newer versions of SweetLight?
We did not try to manually force-install the drivers on Windows 7 so we do not know.
We do not suggest to use Windows 7 because it is not protected against virus for 5 years.
We keep updating V9.
