Hi,

Today I was onsite with this old sweetlight remote. It behaves weirdly, on several occasions it stopped playing back the sequence it was playing and went to blackout. Then the power LED started blinking, it did not respond to IR commands anymore, and we had to turn it off than on for the sequence to start again and get back IR control.

Also, the internal date/time seems to drift. When I arrived it had 28h offset from current time, I set it back once to the correct time. Then I left the interface unplugged (off) for some time and when I plugged it back in I had a 30 minutes offset. The interface seems to lose its date/time setting after being unplugged for some time.

@support what do you think about this ? Hardware failure ?

Yes, power LED blinking means hardware failure ; interface or power.

Hi,

After testing it was the power supply. We changed it and it seems stable.

As for the internal clock, is it normal behaviour that after some time unpowered it looses its internal clock setting ?
