Hello. Massive issue has started today that I have never seen!
We cannot click any of the buttons above any of the windows. Live, timeline, editor...nothing.

Tested on version 9.3.17. When selecting the "About lightingcontrol" from the menu, the splash screen stays above the software and cannot be clicked away.
Mac OSX version is Sonoma 14.7.1
M2 mac mini
Cannot recreate the error on any other identical machine
Please can you advise ASAP...and thank you hugely in advance
Unable to click any buttons above windows
Re: Unable to click any buttons above windows
Noted but not easy to work on that as long as we can not reproduce the problem.
BTW, you said you can not reproduce on any other identical machine, but is this problem recurring on this machine, even after a system reboot ?

Re: Unable to click any buttons above windows
Hi there.
Yes...We went as far as creating a new user before reinstalling the system. Something that we realised was that this error only occurred when using Anydesk software to remotely access the machine. We use this on identical computers in 5 of our theatres and have never seen this before. I visited the control booth and when you control LightingController directly, absolutely no problems, but through the mirror software, none of the menus of buttons would function, like in the video.
All other software was perfect eg, Qlab.
Very, very strange. Is there any reason that only these functions within the software would stop working when using remote software? And only on one machine, where multiple others function perfectly with the same setup?
Thanks for your time!

Re: Unable to click any buttons above windows
In your video, the affected buttons seem to be those with a trigger on release. Maybe a bug in Anydesk or maybe a faulty pointing device on the computer (mouse, trackpad) or a keyboard key like Command or CTRL that is held down all the time?

Re: Unable to click any buttons above windows
I don't think so. I reinstalled Anydesk, and when accessing a different machine with the same install any desk is fine. Also the clicks work fine on any other app...only LightingController is an issue.
I just don't understand why it's only these commands
The keyboard and mouse are connected by a usb dongle so I unplugged this also but the bug remained.
If you have any other ideas, please let me know!
Thanks again
