Chauvet - Ovation F-415FC

I have recently purchased Chauvet Rogue R3X Wash and Chauvet Ovation F-415FC and tried to add them to a Show Express show but neither of these lights appear in the Library
How can I find these DMX primers for these lights.
Help please.
