If you want some scenes to be triggered when a new track is loaded, you can map the ONSONGLOAD key in your Keyboard mapping to trigger some scene.
But not sure how useful that is, because you normally load a track to the non-playing Deck, so if you turn off or reset your lights on song load, it will affect the Master/Live show with the track that is currently playing.
