Strobe for click track

Is there a way to setup a basic on/off strobe scene to play at a specific BPM to act like a click track? My band does not use backing tracks or automation like Ableton, so I am trying to find a way to cue our drummer and keep him on tempo for songs in Timeline.

There is probably a way to do what you're asking but I would highly advise against it. All professional bands who are using timecoded light shows are playing to a click. No question. You should be encouraging your band to start using clicks.
