Mono-head with multi-heads selection issue [done]

Using 2 Intimadator 155 Spot Dou's and 4 Intimidator 455 Irz's. In the Generator, Pan and Tilt are grouped together and work correctly. I have noticed that Head number 2 on the spot dou's CAN NOT be controlled using the Dimmer, Strobe, Color, Gobo channels. All other fixtures respond as expected but the generator Does NOT change values on the 2 head of the double fixtures. I have tried explode mult pan/tilt button with no luck.

Please post the personality file (.txt file) of the "Intimadator 155 Spot Dou".
We will check it.

We made a small lightshow with 2 of your fixture.
We do not see any problem here.
color/gobo/dimmer/shutter work on the head #1, and color#2/gobo#2/dimmer#2/shutter#2 work on the head #2.

Could you please post a video showing your problem ?

Is there somewhere I can send this video? I keep getting attachment to large error, even after I reduced resolution and put in a zip file! This is what I have noticed. Selecting the 4 455's and the 2 155's, The generator does not include head number two on the 155. If I choose the 155's by themselves, generator does fine and sees both heads. Only when I select the 455 and the 155 does generator not include head #2 of the 155. If you test each fixture separate, you WILL NOT see the issues. I have a total of 8 heads between six fixtures, Generator only sees 6 heads. Let me know where to send this video.

I've also noticed sometimes the Generator sees 6 heads, and sometimes 8 heads, depending on the order I select them. I am selecting two 155 Intimidators Spot's and four 455 Intimidators IRZ's all at same time.

Sent video with title "Generator Issues" you must select a mono head and a multiple head fixture at same time to see that generator drops off dimmer channel#2 and doesn't respond to color, gobo, ect after that. Selecting the multiple head fixture only will not demonstrate the problem. Thank you for your help!!

This behaviour is normal.
When you select two different fixtures (with different channels), Generator is able to manage only the common channels. And it shows only the common channels in the list of channels.

Thank you for the help. Would there ever be an option to change the fixture profile in the future for the Chauvet Intimidator 155 Spot Dou? Maybe allow user to choose traditional profile or Maybe a custom profile that allows the generator to "see" two head fixtures as two separate lights? To blend these lights with other single head fixtures in the generator would be easier for programming. Everything reacts very well in Steps and in Pixels(dimmer chases).
