updated software and now white screen on android

Im using pc ver 8.2.28 and android ver 5.0.2 software ver from play store v2.4.2 before i updated all was fine now I connect and have white screen I can see the page 1 thru 5 and a tool bar at top but there is no buttons and can not see anything else ? Can someone help or do i need to go back to old ver ,If so how do i get the old version ? Thanks

Ok maybe I missed something on my post

I dont use a phone I use a Samsung galaxy view 18.4 tab and also a 10.5 tab both units are same with no buttons Just the page ,1,2,3,4,5 left side and arrows on the right opening the page and its white no buttons ,I did try it on the phone and it worked but really not usable ,

Can I get back the old version some how so I can use my tablet please

Do you see the scene buttons, after turning the tablet of 90° (landscape/portrait) ?

The 18.4 does not rotate Samsung Galaxy view 18.4
