Using 2x Xpress512 with USB-hub - not working

I just got a second Xpress512 interface in order to expand my universes.
Everything work perfect!

Until I tried to use a USB-hub (powered) to run them.

Has anyone had this issue previously with multiple interfaces?

V8 & V9 on MacBook

I run 2 interfaces very regularly, never had any issues.
On both V8 and v9 on windows 10.
I've never tried running both interfaces off of one hub though. Try running them off two different USB ports on your computer?

Same case here, impossible to use with a powered usb hub.

Thats the issue. Running them directly from the computer works like a charm. Im a mobile DJ and I run both sound and lightshow from the same computer, controlling the lights via Bluetooth MIDI-pad. But my DJ-controller needs one USB, and the laptop only has two. The controller doesn't like USB-hubs neither. So I thought maybe I could connect the Xpress512 via a HUB.

I managed to get this running with a USB-hub. After a number of rebooting, reconnecting, unplugging replugging eventually it worked =)
