artnet - join showxpress to modul8 video app

How do i join modul8 video app to showXpress via artnet

eg. so I can control the alpha channel in the video software with the dimmer slider on showxpress

they are on different computers joined by Ethernet

The video software has to be declared like a basic fixture, in the tab "Fixtures".
