Cable Interface does not work! [fixed]

After installing the software first, i plugged in the cable Interface.

Now the software does not start, I just a get a mesage: There is one not compatible interface. Please remove it. After removing the Interface, Sweetlight starts correctly.

How can I go on.

I bought the Sweetlight Interface cable, and of course I installed Sweetlight! The problem maybe is a littler bit more complex.

Is it possible to check the cable, maybe it is broken?

We suggest you to install all software and check the interface with all.
(there is not problem to install all software in the same computer)
