Uploading scenes to ssa using mac os

Hi there I have a ssa controller I've had it for quite a few years but have recently bought new moving head lights and now I need to reprogram it with new scenes, I have made the scenes on my mac using the lighting controller software which I downloaded off sweetlight a few months ago, but when I try to upload them to the ssa there is no movement from the lights with each button I press but the colour and prism effects etc are working but just no movement from the lights how can I rectify this problem asap ?
