Best way to crossfade generator/movement scene

Is there a good way to seamlessly crossfade x-y values when transitioning from one scene to the next? Even when I use the fade scene option the movement looks kind of jerky. I have seen people using Hog pc software smoothly transition between moving scenes. Thanks!

That is a head scratcher. Even when using Macros and using the same generator scene between Macros the movers stop mid-movement to restart the generator scene wjen the next Macro is clicked.
