D1024 only one universe [fixed]

Why is showxpress only showing 1 universe from D1024. Windows 10 shows it as d1024 usb device. I try to update and it said it was already updated. It shows 3 arnets though. I have the latest showxpress software too.

Got the answer. File - preferences. 2 universes.

I was thinking it showed the number of universes when it opened up but it only shows the number of interfaces. Lesson learned.

FYI, this parameter defines the size of the data stream between the PC software and the usb device.
It is set to "1" by default to save processor time.

We note that we may add some warning message when you have more physical universes than the universe data stream size.
