D512S non funziona ( solo lampi irregolari )

Ho collegato D512S per 2 settimane funziona perfettamente, ora non risponde più, esegue dei lampi casuali senza alcun comando, provato anche su altri 2 PC windows sempre stesso difetto, attendo con fiducia.

If you are sure the dmx line and the PC are ok, then the interface may be damaged.
Please return it to your retailer for maintenance service.
Before that, we suggest you to make a last test with only: PC + D512S + one dmx cable + one dmx fixture. And this completly isolated from the rest of the existing equipment.

Ho provato ad usare un pc con interfaccia un nuovo cavo e un solo faro stesso difetto.
