dmx/3d led stays off

With software version 6.31 (and more), the communication between Editor/Pixels/Live and the interface is checked when you press the dmx/3d button.
The led does not turn green when communication does not work.
The communication does not work when there is a firewall/antivirus which is blocking the network communication of our programs.

So far, this problem happen exclusively under Windows (no problem under MacOS).

Depending of the operating system version, at first start of our software, the firewall might open 2 windows with such message:
"ControlBoard is trying to communicate with ..."
"Do you accept ?" "Yes / No"

If you answer "No", the led will stay off, and the firewall will not ask anymore this question. This lonely solution to change this is to enter in the firewall settings to modify this (requires some computer knowledge).

After auto-update, an antivirus software can suddenly block the communication (the behaviour of antivirus software makes sometimes no sence ; the reason is they fight 24h/day against viruses, and sometimes they decide to block everything they do not know.

In order to check this is your problem, please do this:
- disconnect your computer from internet and any network
- disable 100% your firewall and antivirus
- try again our software
After the test is done, do not forget to enable your firewall and antivirus, before re-connecting to the network.

PS: some antivirus also block all network com they do not know (internet browser, email application, ...), although local network makes 0 risk for incoming virus (because "local" only).
