Intimadator 150 default position question

Postby Razorback » 06 May 2012, 23:31

I am using 4 intimidator 150s along with a few other lights to run live. I have the left 2 of them set normal and the right 2 set to reverse pan.
After I write a scene and put it into the timeline, when the scene starts the 2 right (reverse) lights have to spin to "catch up" (for the first second or so) position wise with the 2 lights that are set to "normal" because when the lights are reversed I have to turn both fixtures to face backwards. I have gotten into the fixture settings hidden settings and tried to change the default tilt/pan values but they didn't seem to change at all when I adjusted the values(maybe i am missing something). I would rather avoid setting the reverse fixtures back to normal if possible so I don't have to program the L and R lights separately in order to mirror each other. Is there anything I can do to avoid this happening?

Here is a link to a video to show you what I am talking about. Notice the Right 2 Intimidators.

Any help/tips would be appreciated

Thanks!

Could you please send the easiest possible lightshow (with only 2 fixtures) which shows that problem ?

The "reverse" infos are missing.
We need the complete lightshow.

I am not exactly sure what files to send. (sorry)
Do I need to just send you the "default" folder?

I read all of that before posting. I am not sure what you meant by "send complete light show". Do I sent the entire "lighting controller" file? Or the "default" file? I wasn't sure because I have a bunch of scenes and timelines in those folders that have nothing to do with the lights I am having a problem with.

Right click control board and select "export light show" select the light show that you want to export and the destination folder. Does that make sense?

Makes total sense. I have been saving all of my scenes/timelines etc. in the default folder. I'll get it all to you a bit later today. I havent created a "new lightshow" since using the software. Thats why i was confused. Thanks for your patience... :-) I'm a noob
