Chauvet DMX-AN Communication Problems

I have recently purchased the Chauvet DMX-AN and installed ShowXpress. I have configured the DMX-AN Device and ShowXpress as per Chauvet Website and can not get it to transmit a dmx signal. Please Help.

Do you have one of these dmx interfaces: "D512" or "Remote" (https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5) ?
