Change column with for sequential lists

I have three different monitors that I put sequential lists on. I have created some folder and file names for scenes that are apparently very long. On my widest screen, I can't see the end of the file name. When I want to change to a file that has the same name for all but the last characters, I can't tell which one to delete by looking at them. I have not found a way to adjust column widths manually. Is that possible?

I know that the file is always added below where I click add scene, so I know which one to delete, but if I accidentally do that 1 line too high, I can remove the one I intended to keep.

I have attached a screen shot of my widest screen to show the issue (comment field is too wide in my opinion).

I'll second the need to adjust column width. I'm descriptive with my file names and they just dont fit, but i have tons of unneeded space in the comments area.

Basically the "Comment" column is made for these descriptions.
Its width varies with the width of the window.
Noted anyway.
