The Lighting Controller

I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but still get this same message. Also, I cannot create a new lightshow. Settings will not allow a new directory to be created. I am currently using OSX 10.9, but was having the exact same issues with different versions of 10.8....software works on the wife's mac though with same download process?!? She is on 10.6 though.

For an unknown reason, the software data might be corrupted.
Please locate the folder "TheLightingController" in your computer, and post (or send to "support") a zip of it.

PS : all software data (including lightshows) are stored in this folder.
