The Lighting Controller

i have installed Version 7.1.80 160129 and when i start Demo Show V7 i get the error message "Fonction: 2DView_LoadBackGround: Unable to load backGround Image." and after OK-Klick i get "Fonction: Pixels_LoadBackGround: Unable to load backGround Image."


How knows why ?

We just double-checked ; we do not have this problem here.

Please check that the following files are existing, in the lightshow:
../home_directory/TheLightingController/LightShows/demo_show_V7/Editor/2DView/background.jpg
../home_directory/TheLightingController/LightShows/demo_show_V7/Pixels/background.jpg

BTW, your profile says "windows user", while you post in section "MacOS".
Could you please confirm you are a "MacOS user" ? (then we will update your profile accordingly)
If yes, please tell also your MacOS version.

i reinstalled V7 and now it works, but i don't know why.

And your question about my System:

i'm using both Systems. Windows 7 SP1 and MacOS El Capitan V10.11.6

On Windows System i use the sweetlight Version 8 since today, because i had a Problem with 3dview but in v8 i have the same Problem as in Version 7.
please look my other Topic. The menu option "Fixtures Setting" is grayed in 3D and i can't see the fixtures.
