The Lighting Controller

Hello everyone,
I do have an Arturia Minilab mk2, a 25key keyboard midi + 8 buttons and 16 faders.
if it is possible to make only the 8 buttons to work i will be very happy.
My issue is that when i connect the midi, i can find it in the preferences but after apply, restarting the program again i am getting an X on status rather than a ✓.
i did install arturia software, arturia control center which allows you to map your midi and the midi drivers. am i missing a driver or do i have to install another 3rd party app. any tips are welcome!

Please check that aonther application is not using the midi device.
When this happen, the OS does not allow our software to use it, which occurs the "X" sign.

In fact, you will probably have to quit the "Control Centre" once you have completed all the tasks there.

fixed! yes support was right! i had control center open, this is the reason why the midi wasnt working. The midi must be free to get used by showexpress!
