"NoteOff" does not switch off the button [fixed]

I am using Ableton to send midi signals to ShowXpress Version 9.2.3.
Each note represents a button in ShowXpress.
On some of the buttons sliders are set up to control speed or step.
In Ableton I am sending "Velocity" to change the value of the slider.
The button trigger is setup to listen for midi input on a select channel and note, with "Control" set to "Fader".
The button is a flash button.
In Ableton I add a midi note for the full duration that I want the light effect to be used.

So far this is working correctly I can set the slider value and turn the button on with the same midi note.

The issue I am having is when the note ends. ShowXpress keeps the button pressed and the slider value returns to 100%.

How can I get this button to turn off when the note ends?

Thanks!

Could you please open the window "Midi logger" and copy/paste the content which is showing all midi messages ?

Thanks, I would but I'm having trouble copying the text in the Midi Logger window. I can only select one line at a time and I cannot get it to copy (ctrl-c).

Is there a file output of the log somewhere?

Thanks

Here's a screen shot of a section of the log with the NoteOn, Note Off commands.

Here is a screen shot of the log. The screen shot two posts up is also of the same example and also shows the button state after the NoteOff Command.

I disabled the timecode sync to make the commands easier to see.

In this example the button stayed selected after the NoteOff command.

With the "NoteOff" message, Data2 must be at value 0.
