[Request] Easier programming of button triggers

Postby AmpdEntmt » 02 March 2016, 05:01

I have found myself (once again) assigning each of the 70 buttons from my Novation Launchpad to it's respective scene in the 'Live' tab. There has got to be a faster and more efficient way of doing this!

For every single scene I must: Right click > Select 'Button trigger' > Highlight midi in > Assign all of my midi parameters > Apply > Repeat this 70 times. This adds up to 350 steps.

Is there a possibility of adding a 'next scene' button to the 'button trigger' page? This would eliminate having to press apply (which closes the window), then go to the next lighting scene and right click it, then re-open the button trigger menu. I see this as three un-necessary steps to get right back to the page I was just on.

Please see the attached picture for clarification - iTunes currently uses this system when editing song information.

Thank you!
