Hey guys!

Is there any plan for V8 to support two MIDI controllers as freestyler have recently added this feature?

Cheers,
Chris

We can do it, using a virtual midi router.
Several users do that already.

We are not sure it makes sense to double a function which belongs to the virtual midi router.

I am one of those users, but MIDI OX isnt always stable and can be a bit buggy!

I am using Midi-OX for quite a while and never had any problems. I am using it together with MIDI-yoke for creating virtual Midi-Ports, works great!

If it's worth anything at all, I can't get my two controllers of choice to work with a virtual midi input. It would be REALLY awesome if you could implement this. Not everyone is able to, or should have to, be knowledgeable of how to do that. It is 2016, an artistic software should be able to support two midi controllers at a time.

Thanks

The virtual midi router is the best pro tool to do that.
If it fails, there is a good chance the problem comes from the midi equipment.

We will try to have a look at this, but we do not see how we could do better than a professional virtual router.

I'm new to lighting. I come from the audio world, where you simply plug in any amount of controllers and they simply work.
if I can't get this to work I will have wasted $100 on a second apc.

again thanks for your response, I hope we can somehow make this work soon.
