Is there a way to get more than one midi controller to work on a windows pc without using an external app like "Midi Yoke"

You have to use an external app for that.

Regarding "Midi Yoke", please read this: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=3623

If you're on a mac, i recommend using MidiPipe.. I use it to merge the signals of a Novation Launchpad S and Novation Launch Control. It works flawlessly and I have never had any issues with it. Best of luck.

I'm on a Mac.
Is it possible to use a AKAI APC MINI, which i already have, with Buttons #1 and a Novation Launchpad Mini MK2 (which i should by if it works) with Buttons #2 in Sweetlight at the same time?

thanks in advance.

Yes, if Buttons#1 and Buttons#2 show different pages.
No, if the same page is in both Buttons#1 and Buttons#2.
The reason is a button can be linked to only one midi message.

@Support: thanks for the info!
That's clear!
Now next and last thing to know is how to configure Midipipe...
For now this is still Chinese.
Any hints?

@support: thx.
It's about: letting Buttons#1 and Buttons#2 showing different pages and merging the signals of the two midi controllers as far as i understand now.

The simple configuration in Midipipe might be something simple like seen on screenshot below, where i named a new Pipe on the right 'Merging AKAI & Novation controller' and added two times a Midi In & Midi Out.

I've dedicated the first MIDI Input & Output to my APC Mini and will dedicate the next Mini In & Out to the Novation Launchpad Mini MK2 i will by.
It should work one way or another as i read from some forumers here.
