The Lighting Controller

It's all w ell and fine to talk about updates for new hardware products. I thought the investment
I made in Showxpress would also include fixes to the existing issues.
It would seem that in order for me to get the product I thought I paid for, a lighting system
automated seamlessly with the Timeline, I have to invest more cash with no guarantee that
every effort will be made to make sure the product works perfectly.

You bought something for something it might one day do? That’s on you - sorry to tell you. Buy a product for what it does, not what you think it might do one day.

I’ve learned that lesson myself too with other stuff
