The Lighting Controller

I have an ETC Smartfade I would like to get into my current universe. I have an x-factor and a SSA interface that both have “dmx in” on them. From what I read on another thread on here is that those old interfaces do not work for dmx in on V9. The software has an option for dmx input. How do I get my smart fade into my showxpress? My xpress512 does not have a “dmx in”, nor do I see it on any newer interface.

The DMX input is supposed to work only with the discontinued interface "Rack" (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... t=5#p26389).
And we do not plan to make a new interface with a dmx input.
The reason is we think that for input, dmx is obsolete in front of Midi.
