Hi,
I wonder if you know why this is happening with my projects.

The showxpress software crashes constantly in different projects and in different computers.

Dont know what is the problems ´cos it closes itself specially when is in live mode displaying macro buttons.

My operating system is windows 10

I´m attaching the windows error log.

In order to know if the dmx interface can be the reason, could you please try without the DMX interface ?

BTW, the lightshow was running with the version 9.2.11 of our software, which is a bit old. Please try it with the current version of the software.
