The Lighting Controller

I like to build a webinterface for controlling The Lighting Controller at home.
LiveMobile works by communicating with the software on a pc/mac so it wont be difficult to make something like this.

Is there a way to control the software remotely via other ways (i.e.- post/get requests or JSON) then liveMobile and if so, do you have more info on how to communicate with the 'server' in The Lightning Controller so i can build that webinterface?

For now im looking at the packages in Wireshark to figure this out. Thanks in advance.
