[MacOS] export/import to memory stick [fixed]

I need to export my show from my mac desk top to my mac laptop. I can find the export/import selection under file. But when I click on export I get a menu to select a destination folder. I want to export it to a memory stick but do not see that option. Then of course I will need to import it into the laptop....haven't gotten that far yet but what is the process for that?

I tried to email it but couldn't see how to zip it either. I just need to figure out exactly how to get the show from one computer to another. Sorry but I'm relatively new to Mac's.

At the bottom of the list, you should see "Volumes".
If you open "Volumes", you should see the memory stick.
The name of the memory stick is not always the same ; FYI, in our case, the name is "NO NAME".
