I'm fairly sure the latest fix file is 8.2.32, but there is no changelog or notes on what has been fixed in this version?

Minor things.
This means a problem that we internally saw, and you will certainly never see, or not crutial for you.
And almost impossible to explain.
For instance, the frontier between 2DView section and the section at its left was not refreshing correctly after lightshow change.
