So I have a Enttec ODE, can I use this with Showxpress?

If so, how exactly do I configure this?

You need one of our dmx interfaces (512 channels) to open the Artnet control via the computer Ethernet port.
Then please watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHrl4Q5kXp8

Oh sorry for being vague. I do have a showxpress box, but I just don't understand how exactly to work the enttec ode with chauvet showxpress.

This is my setup..

Box Usb to Computer
then
ENTTEC ODE ethernet to computer > enttec ODE dmx out to lights but nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong?

I followed the tutorial but nothing is happening.

We do not know how work this interface.
We made tests with Artnet fixtures (not Artnet to dmx converters).
In the video, we enter the Artnet address of the Artnet fixture.

1. the Artnet device must have an Artnet address
2. this address must be entered in our software, like in the video

This artnet device has it's own address.

Say I addressed it to 10.1.0.1.

Would my fixtures be any ascending number? i.e 10.1.0.2?

or are saying my fixtures need to have "art net" capabilities? and the box is completely useless for what I'm trying to do?

You have to enter the same IP address (the one of your converter) for all your fixtures wired behind your converter. Then the universe number and DMX address will do the rest.

Regards.
