I Can't Get the remote to work

Hey

when my D512 Plus is connected to my laptop it worked fine,( i am using quick DMX V7.1.74 on a windows 10) i can make scenes etc ,
butt when i just made some scenes to test the remote and uploaded them on the device and unplugged it from my pc. a
nd when I pushed the NR1 button on the remote nothing happen .
i tried different zones and settings but i cant figure it out
