Jerky Pan tilt movement

Hi uploaded a very small basic show to the 512 PLUS when i run it in standalone mode the pan and tilt features on both the rouges are extremely jerky. They Are not that way when i run through the laptop

Any Ideas? i am using 2 R2 Spots in advanced mode.

This is certainly because standalone mode does not manage fine pan/tilt (viewtopic.php?f=74&t=3637).
You can also check the pan/tilt speed channel is set to the best possible value for the movement.
