The Lighting Controller

I am new to ShowXpress. I am running it on my laptop but video will not play on extended displays. It just shows a black screen. It will play if I select "Display1" in properties but if I drag the window to the 2nd display the video freezes. It works fine on my colleagues laptop but we don't know why it wont work on mine. We have tried everything we can think of. I have read through the forum and cant find any answers in existing posts. Would appreciate any suggestions. OS is Windows 10 (fully updated).

Does it work with other video players like VLC ?

Please try with another renderer in the properties. Otherwise, try to update your video driver.
