The Lighting Controller

Hello,
I am Using SHEHDS fixtures and for some reason, the generator is not showing all channels available, which is causing me to not be able to use full functionality of the light.
In particular, the intensity dimmer is not showing as an option in the generator, therefore i can make programs but have zero brightness or dimming control, as well as the ability to turn on the lamp.
Any suggestions how to fix this or how to add channel functionality to a generator?

Please post the personality file (.txt) of your DMX fixture ; we will check that.

Put dimmer on a fader independant of generator? I would do that anyways
