I'm trying to make some generator movement only scenes

with Chauvet trio and robe robin 1200 movers but the pan/tilt channel doesn't show in channels menu

It appears showxpress is combining pan/tilt and ultra pan/tilt on the robin 1200 to make them not combine

any ideas for a work around? maybe alter the personality - I don't use ultra p/t on these big washes

Yes, their profiles say they both have the channels:
pan, pan_fine, tilt_tilt_fine
so Generator shows one line for this.

May be the personality file is wrong ?

The personality file is Robin 1200 21ch. I got you to do, can you check please

and trio 15ch.

This is because Robin1200 21ch has 16bits pan/tilt channels, while Trio 15ch not (our first test was with the 30ch model).
Our software is presently not able to manage high-res pan/tilt channels with low res pan/tilt channels together.
This is noted.
In the meantime, please use the Trio in high-res pan/tilt mode.
