Windows Vista does not detect the interface Box

i bouth 24 led par64 and the software sweetlight and the box im having troubles with windows vista drivers its not detecting the box can some one help me out.

If you have repeatedly tried then you might have residue orphan files.

To solve this hit F8 when Pc boots and choose the safe mode option. once the pc is in safe mode then right click on my computer, go tinot properties and choose device manager. Expand the option 'universal Serial Bus Controllers' where you will see alot more devices than you would in 32 bit mode (Windows hides orphan files which are old or unsuccessful connection attempts)

If yoou right click and uninstal 'all' entries for your sweetlight box then appl;y ok then reboot as normal.

This can often solve because your next install attempt in 32 bit mode will the first and only so no confusion inside windows.

Worth a try.
