No dmx with Enttec interface [closed]

I'm using an ENTTEC USB to DMX interface and I cant get ShowXpress to see it. I've had no luck getting the drivers to load. Does anyone have any experience with this hardware and offer any suggestions?

Further Info:
I have gotten ENTTEC's software to see the systemand output DMX signalls from the interface, but I cannot get ShowXpress to see the interface.
Any suggestions?

Will only work with Chauvet or Sweetlight interfaces.

Yep, learned that today. That takes care of that!
