request - Ability to disable channels on steps [done]

Is it possible to add the ability to disable channels on certain steps so when I layer scenes at certain steps the fixture in my scene takes over with LPT and in other steps, it does not?

This would open up a lot of possibilities of layering chases over static colors or looks.

If you switch off the button "Enable/disable channel linking between steps" in the tool bar, the function "Disable channel" will disable the channel only in the current step.
