"New Scene" gives not empty scene [fixed]

Postby Pink LD » 24 February 2015, 17:03

Support,
I am working on someone else's lighting software. They are Apple and iPad/Sweetlight, I am Win PC/Showxpress. Anyhow they zipped their show and sent it to me and the problem I am having is that when I click "New Scene" or Ctrl+N I don't get a blank scene, there is a look built for his moving heads, any idea why this is?

They are Apple and iPad/Sweetlight, I am Win PC/Showxpress.

Correction: They are Win 7 PC and iPad for Live Mobile, and Sweetlight for their software.

I am downloading Sweetlight and will try it out to see if that solves the problem I posted.

Sweetlight made no difference, and I checked with the guy and his software is doing the same thing. Here is a pic of what I see when I open a "New Scene" or Ctrl+N, his 6 movers have X & Y values and the dimmers are full on:

This is because the lightshow contains a scene called "default" which is not empty (the button "new scene" loads the scene "default" when existing).

You can delete this scene for usual behaviour.

Thank you, I didn't remember or couldn't find "default". Thanks.
