What can the problem be?

I downloaded show express and on first installation the Editor does not open, i have tried re installing the software but no joy. (version 6.33)
What do you prefer I do next?

What about the others (Live, Pixels, ...) ?

I am having the same issue. Any ideas?

Are you able to open the other windows (Live, Pixels, ...) ?
What is your OS (Windows, MacOS) ?
Do you see any error message ?

PS: no news from Stefan ; this certainly means his problem is fixed.
