Hi,
I have a Sweet Light Rack that I have no problem with in my Windows XP SP3 system. Now when I try to access the hardware from my Win 7 64Bit system I get an error message like this:
>>>
Device descriptor problem
Nb interface =1
Interface #1 – Ma: 0 – 268492288 – L:10
<<<
The SweetLight software is closed after that error message. But I can start the software in “Demo mode” when the USB cable is disconnected.
I have no conflicts with the driver, so what to do now?
Thanks!
Br,
Robert

Hi,
Sorry I searched for a solution to the problem, but only under “rack” not “general hardware”.
Thanks anyway, the link helped me.
