Incompatable interface Chauvet Showxpress 512 dongle

I currently have a Showxpress 512 Dongle connected, but I am trying add a second 512 dongle that I just purchased brand new from sweetwater.com. After downloading the latest Showxpress software I go to open the software with both dongle connected and I get an error message saying "their is an incomparable interface, please remove." How can I fix this issue?

They are not different brand names. Same exact unit.

We suggest you to double check by trying all brand name software, with only this interface connected to the computer.

If none software founds it, then the interface might be damaged. So please return it to the retailer for maintenance service.
