The change log plus my software notifies me that there is a new version, but it is not available on the download page. Is there a reason it is not posted?

Have you downloaded the installer (not the fix file)?

Yes, that's supposed to happen since the new version isn't a fix file, you have to download the installer and reinstall the program, you won't lose any settings or shows.

And link is active again now for v8.2.11

I'm sorry to tell you, but V 8.2.10 is not a patch, it's a new software version, you need to use the software installer and then install the V8.2.11 is the patch for V8.2.10.

Every time there's a new subject in the announcement screen it's a new software version, if there's a reply to a subject it's a patch. V8.2.10 is a new software version so you need to reinstall the software in order to update.

As I told you before; V8.2.10 is NOT a fix.

@support please confirm.

BartKrap is absolutely right.

In the fix topic (viewtopic.php?f=85&t=3438), it is clearly written: "When there is no available fix file, this means the complete software contains the most recent files."
If you know what else we could add, in order that everybody understand, please le us know.
