The Lighting Controller

Hi there,

We have recently acquired one of the Sweetlight D512 boxes and downloaded the PC based software.
When we try to get the software to communicate with the box we are getting 'not compatible please remove'. This is very frustrating - does anybody have any info that would help?
We are running 64-bit Windows 7. When testing with the MAC software it works without any worries.

I installed the software recommended with no luck. I still have the same problem.

If problem still exists with correct software, your interface might be damaged. Please ask your retailer for maintenance service.
